New Album from Kari Jobe – The Garden

Kari Jobe has a new album out, and the backstory will just grab you where you live.

If you aren’t familiar with Kari and her work, she’s an accomplished worship leader and a recognized recording artist, with a Grammy nomination, multiple Dove awards, and praise from the New York Times.

unspecifiedThe past couple years have been hard for Kari. Although she experience the joy of her son’s birth, she also was devastated by the loss of her niece. As the days moved forward, Kari and her husband were at a new home with a garden that they knew needed a lot of work. They were advised to wait and see what the garden did on its own – and Kari herself said the abundance that the garden produced amazed them, and particularly the growth of one plant – ivy. Ivy just happened to be the name of Kari’s niece. This amazing demonstration of God’s faithfulness, and Kari says she began to heal and travel the path to her current album release: The Garden.
